I. Overload Protection Fault
Cause Analysis: The weight carried by the hoist exceeds the rated load capacity of the inverter, causing the inverter to actively cut off the output current to protect the equipment and safety.
Fault Symptom: The hoist works normally but suddenly stops, and a fault code such as “OLP” appears on the display.
Solutions:
i.Check if the hoist’s load exceeds the inverter’s rated load capacity.
ii.Improve the inverter’s load capacity or replace it with a higher-capacity inverter.
iii.Check if there are abnormalities in the hoist’s mechanism, such as damaged bearings, which increase frictional resistance, and replace them promptly.
II. Overheat Protection Fault

Cause Analysis: The internal temperature of the inverter is too high, and when it reaches a certain level, the inverter will automatically cut off the output current to protect the equipment and safety.
Fault Symptom: The hoist works normally but suddenly stops, and a fault code such as “OHF” appears on the display.
Solutions:
i.Check if the internal fan of the inverter is normal and remove blockages.
ii.Replace faulty fans or damaged fan circuit components.
iii.Improve the hoist’s ventilation, increase ventilation openings, and maintain good ventilation.
III. Power Supply Issues
External Power Phase Loss: May be caused by external power line faults or internal inverter faults.
Bus Voltage Too High: May be caused by too high three-phase power input voltage or a disconnected or burned braking resistor.
Solutions:
i.Check the lines to ensure correct and intact power line connections and stable power supply.
ii.Check the power input voltage to ensure it does not exceed the specified range.
iii.Repair or replace the braking resistor.
IV. Motor Issues
Motor Faults: Such as motor overload, short circuit, or damage.
Solutions: Replace the motor.
V. Improper Inverter Parameter Setting

Solutions: Reset the parameters and readjust them.
VI. Battery Power Issues
If the battery power is insufficient, it may also cause faults in the construction hoist inverter.
Solutions: Replace the battery.
VII. Other Common Faults
Damaged display or insufficient display panel power supply: Check and replace the display, and ensure the display panel’s power supply line is normal.
Inverter output phase loss: Check and tighten the output-side wiring, and replace damaged power devices.
Inverter communication interruption: Check the communication line, ensure it is away from interference sources, and tighten or replace the communication interface.
