Component Characteristics of SS120/120 Series Material Hoist
1. Cabin: The cabin undergoes a strict and standardized manufacturing process. Over 80% of the steel used in the cabin is laser-cut and then bent to ensure consistent shape and more than three times the strength of ordinary profiles, guaranteeing sturdiness and durability.
2.Mast: Its main limb pipes are made of 70mm diameter Q355B high-strength steel pipes, and the angle steel is welded using national standard 56x56x5mm steel, with dimensions of 870x1200x2000mm. After rust removal and electrostatic powder coating, it is baked in a 220°C oven, resulting in a high-gloss surface, strong adhesion, and durability.
3.Top Beam Platform: The top beam platform is equipped with a hand-cranked crane, eliminating the need for other lifting equipment and enabling automatic raising and lowering. The top beam is equipped with safety limit switches for power-off protection when the cab reaches its highest position and automatic power-off when the load is overloaded.
