1. Construction Preparation
Accurately position the material hoist on-site.
Prepare installation materials and equipment, including foundation construction materials, electrical equipment, safety devices, etc.
Check the completeness of production materials and review technical safety operation procedures.
Construct the foundation of the material hoist to ensure it can bear the total self-weight and load of the construction hoist. If the foundation is the top slab of an underground garage, verify its bearing capacity through calculations.
2. Foundation Treatment and Installation
Select the foundation and level the ground to ensure stability.
Excavate a foundation pit of appropriate size according to the foundation requirements of the construction hoist and pour it with concrete.
If the material hoist is installed on the floor of a basement, take reinforcement measures, such as assembling a top support frame with I-beams or standard sections of the construction hoist, abutting the hoist base, and locking it with bolts for reinforcement.

3. Installation of the Frame
Assemble the frame according to the design drawings and fix it to the foundation.
Ensure the stability of the frame and that the installation verticality deviation complies with standard regulations.
4. Installation of the Hoist
Install the hoist on the frame and adjust it to ensure smooth operation.
Install the cage, ensuring it has front and rear access doors for loading/unloading goods and can move up and down along the guide rail frame.
5. Installation of Electrical Equipment and Safety Devices
Install electrical equipment on the hoist and perform wiring and debugging.
Install safety devices such as limit switches and overload protectors to ensure operational safety.
6. Installation of Wall Attachment Frame and Lifting Rod
Install the wall attachment frame to ensure rigid connection with the building for a stable structure.
Install the lifting rod and fix it to the standard section.
7. Trial Operation and Acceptance
Conduct trial operation to check the hoist’s operation and safety performance.
After installation, conduct acceptance to confirm that the hoist meets design requirements and relevant standards.
