A rack-type cargo lift is a cargo-specific transportation device where a motor drives gears to move up and down along the rack, which in turn drives the cage to perform vertical movement.
Components of the Rack-type Cargo Lift
- Perimeter fence
- Base, standard sections (top section, bottom section)
- Cage (material access doors, inspection door, numerous interlocking devices, anti-fall plate integrated with anti-fall device, upper and lower limit switches, reducer, ultimate limit switch; electric control box, frequency converter (optional installation), cage top guardrail)
- Transmission mechanism (motor, reducer, transmission frame, transmission plate, rain shield)
- Suspender, cables (cable drum, cable bracket)
Manufacturing Technology
80% of the structural components of the rack-type cargo lift are fabricated by steel plate bending technology, boasting higher sturdiness, impact resistance and deformation resistance, with a strength 3 to 5 times that of ordinary profiles.
The whole unit adopts plastic spraying technology, including shot blasting, derusting, electrostatic adsorption, powder spraying, and baking at 220℃ for 2 hours, delivering superior corrosion resistance.
Main beam specification: 230605mm, C-shaped bending, with excellent load-bearing capacity.
The bottom fence, material access doors and cage side panels all adopt galvanized punched plates, ensuring better lighting, as well as effective corrosion and rust prevention.
