SC200 Series Construction Hoist Technical Features
1. Large cage space: Dimensions are 3200mm*1500mm*2500mm
2. All cage top railings, bottom railings, base frame, cage door frame, and small decorative parts are galvanized. Corrosion resistant, long service life, and aesthetically pleasing.
3. The decorative panels on both sides of the cage and the inlet and outlet doors are all made of 2.0mm perforated aluminum plates, resulting in low noise, a luxurious and beautiful appearance, and reduced load.
4. The cage bottom plate is made of 3mm patterned plate, with a 20mm thick fiberglass grating underneath. It features moisture-proof, corrosion-proof, and vibration-proof properties.
5. The main beam is made of 5mm thick steel plate bent into a C-shape, with dimensions of 230*65*2900mm. It has good mechanical properties, high strength, and is not easily deformed.
6. The cage top and bottom are both 6mm thick steel plate bent parts, ensuring sturdiness, safety, and durability.
7. All materials are laser-cut and processed by a high-precision fully automatic CNC bending machine. All welding uses carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, and key parts undergo X-ray flaw detection, resulting in a high safety factor.
8. The transmission and safety braking systems are all machined as a whole by a machining center, ensuring high precision, low assembly noise, and good interchangeability.
9. This product uses a high-temperature electrostatic powder coating process. Standard sections are shot-blasted to remove rust before powder coating and high-temperature baking, resulting in strong adhesion and durability.
10. Roller bolts are secured with locking plates for safety and reliability.
11. A dedicated inspection door is provided for convenient inspection and maintenance.
